Locally, in Wrocław. Red teaming, blue teaming, threat hunting. Just the substance: hands-on practice, knowledge sharing, networking.
// boot it, find what was stolen from node STAR, where it went, who did it
Technical, concrete, valuable and inspiring talks. In-depth conversations, panel discussions, protips, and a dash of retro.
Trade experience with people from right inside red team, blue team and threat hunting work.
We get together to learn from each other — from our wins and our f**kups.
Let's meet in Wrocław, the heart of Lower Silesia, and swap experiences in a good atmosphere about what a proper offensive can and should look like, and how to get ready for one. Together, let's build a trusted environment that raises the security level of the institutions, companies and community around us.
Let's do this together.
Tentative — order and timing may still shift. The "Hack it yourself" block depends on you.
The programme starts at 17:30 sharp, so come with time to spare.
Welcome, plan for the evening, guest announcements.
Hard-core red team in practice, rounded out by a hard-nosed blue team view
speakers: Karol Celiński, Mateusz Nalewajski
Red teaming and APT simulations
hosted by: Paweł Maziarz, Irek Tarnowski
panelists: Mateusz Nalewajski, Karol Celiński, Borys Łącki
How hacking was done before you were born
speaker: Adam Haertle
Short (2, 5, max 10 minutes) talks from volunteers — what cool thing they built, what tool they learned, what neat things you can pull off.
A text adventure, a hack-me, prizes up for grabs. A phone is enough, though a laptop or your own VT100 makes it comfier. Wraps up with an official close and an invite to the unofficial part.
The triangle is Alphacon's logo cut from laminate. Inside sits an ESP32-C6, so Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Zigbee all at once, with a 128×64 OLED on the front and six buttons. The userport is broken out on top — plug in your own module and the badge does whatever you tell it. ALPHAbadge is the younger sibling of CONFibadge — the badge of Kraków's CONFidence came from the same hands.
A provisional line-up — blocks and topics are agreed with all of them. The running order and who does what on the panel may still shift.

Sooner or later every one of these names will show up on Alphacon's stage. We've talked to each of them, and each has officially said they'd be glad to share their experience with our audience. Six of them are on stage already on 8 October — who, and in which block, is in the speakers section; the rest you'll hear at the editions to come.

Wrocław is a beautiful city that's home to a lot of great cybersecurity specialists. So why not meet up here, trade knowledge, inspire and get inspired?
Yes, there's more. For a few years now, a big, two-day, deeply technical IT security conference has been in the works for Wrocław. Yes, it's called Alphacon. If everything goes to plan, the first edition lands in 2027, and satellite events like Alphacon nano are a pretty solid warm-up.
Two days, full scale, deeply technical. The conference Wrocław has been missing.
